On the day of arrival you will be sent a text message with the simple 2 step check in information. A code for the front door and a code to get your keys from the secure keybox in the hallway will be sent to you. Check in is available from 3pm and check-out is before 11am. If you need an early arrival / late stay please contact us and we will try our best to accommodate this.

We have a phone concierge service 24/7. You can call 01656771991 anytime & we will always be happy to help with everything; from checking in assistance to recommendations for the best place to get a G&T.

We offer competitive rates for those that need longer length stays. Contact us direct to enquire about our extended stays.

We are on a main high street which is pedestrianised in the daytime. The car park directly opposite us is John Street Car Park. Paying hours vary for this but it is usually pay and display between 8am-5pm and free overnight.  Please check at ticket machine for current hours of operation. The street in front of this is Mary Street. Mary Street is free parking at all times. The Street behind (Esplanade) is also free parking.

Our standard cancellation policy is 30 days before for a full refund and then non-refundable after. This is to give us time to rebook the rooms. We do have different policies available so please enquire at the time of booking.

Please note we have smoke alarm and sprinkler systems fitted throughout so we are strictly a non-smoking accommodation. Guests found to break these rules which will activate the sprinkler system will be fined accordingly.  CCTV is installed at the entry points and in the hallway for your security.
